Fees:
Lot Inspection: $100
Preparation & Delivery: $150
Expedited Service (within 5 days): $50
Additional Hard Copy: $30
Expedited delivery cost: Actual pass-through cost of delivery
Post-Closing Fee: $50 (paid by buyer)
Pre-settlement updates: $50
Additional lot inspection: $100

Notes:
1. All Certificates require a lot inspection, preparation, and delivery ($250). Additional services are available for expedited preparation and/or delivery as well as additional copies.
2. Resale Certificates are valid for 60 days only. Additional lot inspection and pre-settlement updates are required beyond 60 days if necessary.
3. Payment for Resale Certificates are now required PRIOR to delivery and no longer will be paid upon real estate settlement. Documents cannot be released until the payment has been received. Hand delivery of payment can be made if desired; please email for drop off locations or simply pay by U.S. Mail.
4. Please provide name and address of party to receive the Resale Certificate.
5. It is preferred by The Camp at Mosby Station HOA to deliver hard copy Resale Certificates.
