chevron_rightI'm selling my home, where can I get an HOA Resale Certificate? Resale Certificates are available from Treasurer, Pat Williamson. Click on the "Contact Us" link, choose Treasurer, and enter your request. Pat will contact you regarding delivery and payment details. This certificate is not just a copy of HOA Covenants and Restrictions, but includes numerous, up-to-date information including an inspection of your lot for conformity to the Covenants and Restrictions. Costs are listed on the website menu under "Resale Certificate Request."

chevron_rightIf I want to help sponsor the Website and Newsletter, who do I contact? Sponsorship is only $250 for the entire calendar year and you can contact the Board using the "Contact Us" link. Mid-year sponsors will receive a pro-rated cost adjustment. In addition to website exposure, you will also be able to place a 1/2 page ad in all mailed correspondence.
